| Description | Hi Kerwin TV : Samsung (QN55Q85RAFXKR) FW : v15.524.4 a 'tak'(looks like noise ) sound is generated when turn on integrated power button There is no noise when the TV is on/off only And similar issue was reported in INTEK STB jira link is https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BTVV-2808 I attached the log. please let me know if there are any clues in the log that can cause noise. Hi Peter This issue is caused by turning off AVMUTE even though HDCP certification has not been completed. That is .. HDCP certification can occur multiple times when the HDCP repeater is connected. Sound bar connected to the TV has HDCP repeater built-in. This issue is occurring when STB is connected to this Sound bar. That is , noise is occurring when HDCP is restarted.
